I am a full-time career professional with CENTURY 21 North Homes Realty. I work out of three offices located in Bellevue, Seattle and Lynnwood. I specialize in both residential and commercial real estate. My area of expertise is relocation, so I am more knowledgeable on a larger market area than most niche real estate agents. I have been in real estate and with CENTURY 21 since 1997, and I am currently a Managing Broker with this firm. I serviced clients spanning from Mercer Island, Seattle, Kirkland, Bellevue, Bothell, Shoreline, Edmonds, Lynnwood, Mukilteo and Mill Creek.

I have a full time staff behind me including my wife, Michelle, who is in charge of internet and print marketing. This allows me to spend more time directly with clients which is what I enjoy. When I speak of relocation, I believe that "whether it is your home or business, across town or across the country, people need to know about the different areas and communities they are moving to. If they have children, the schools are critical". 

I currently resides in Edmonds, and my children attend the Mukilteo schools for that very reason. I am very active in the community, and a portion of every sale goes to Easter Seals.

My marketing philosophy can be summed up in one word "exposure". I love working with buyers and service clientele from the first-time buyers all the way up to the multi-million dollar ranges. "It doesn't matter the price of the home. The level of service should be outstanding since this is a big decision no matter how much you spend". I provides automatic email alerts to my clients with a special program that sweeps the entire MLS database every half hour so that my clients are the 1st to see the great deals. I also get a heads-up from some of the area foreclosure agents,and I am a Local Listing Broker for HUD Homes, so my clients typically see them as soon as they hit the market. "It's my job to give them options and then help protect them after they have made the decision". My marketing obviously works as I have been a top agent with CENTURY 21 for the past decade, and is a member of the prestigious Centurion Honor Society. I have also attained the Quality Service Award consistently since 2006 and received the 5-Star Customer Satisfaction Award for Seattle Magazine for 2010.
